Journal (diary)

The journal (diary) enables an easy way to give the athlete a way to document e.g. his own learning with text, sound or video.
The coach has the opportunity to comment on the contents of the journal to the athlete.  Through the diary, coach can also give exercises, for example using the training bank, individually or for the whole team. 

The diary is often used when it is important to document what athlete does and to make the process more visible. Such examples are, for example, a sport skill diary, a nutrition diary and a training diary. The diary is also often used to describe skill-related performances, because the athlete and the coach can record videos in the athlete's diary directly with the Qridi Sport phone application. This also facilitates and makes the development of a skill visible. The video shows how to use the diary function.
 

Bonus tip:
In the diary, the coach can also record videos directly under the athlete using the Qridi Sport coach's phone application. This is used, for example, in sports skill exercises (e.g. technique skills) in training. And when the same exercise is repeated a few times during the season, the athlete's progress and development targets are clearly visible. This motivates athlete when the progress becomes visible.
