<h3><strong>Small steps and progress makes the winner</strong></h3><p>We want to make the daily life of club coaches easier and support the development of athletes. Use has been made easy and you can take advantage of the features that suit your team's situation and everyday life. It can be found in app stores under the name 'Qridi'. In the case of a coach, use is usually divided so that things are created on the computer (events, drawing and planning exercises) and the phone application is used on the field.</p><figure class="image image_resized" style="width:94.94%;"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com//08781da6-b390-4f30-9d1d-e80f3435a715"></figure><h3><br>&nbsp;<strong>The coach's user interface on the computer</strong></h3><p>The use has been designed with experts to be as easy as possible. At the top of the user interface are so-called team functions and on the left side functions for changing the team, adding teams and coaches (at the office) and the club's material Bank (e.g. training library), the content of which is then used in the team's functions. The coach login page is <a href="https://coach.qridi.fi/">https://coach.qridi.fi/</a></p><h3><strong>Coach's phone application</strong></h3><p>The coach can log in to the phone application with the same credentials as in the computer user interface. The coach should be chosen as the role in the app.</p><h3><br><strong>Athlete's app</strong></h3><p>Athletes usually always use a phone app that they download from the AppStore (iPhones) or PlayStore (Androids). It is found under the name 'Qridi' and they choose an athlete for the role. There are different ways of logging in, which are explained later. Athletes can also log in using a computer or browser at <a href="https://sport.qridi.fi">https://sport.qridi.fi</a>.</p><h3>Communicating with athletes about the implementation of the application</h3><p>To athletes, it is good to explain why you are using the Qridi Sport application in your team. As support for the introduction, you can utilize a presentation that opens from the link below. <p><strong>Approximately four new version updates of Qridi Sport are released each year. In this section, we provide a concise summary of the latest version’s contents.</strong><br><br><strong>April 11th, 2025</strong></p><p>Below is a list of the most important changes and improvements in the new version. Please remember to update both the coach and athlete applications to ensure the proper functionality of the new features.</p><ul><li>Sending notifications to the app for club-level announcements.</li><li>Ability to create federation-level announcements.</li><li>Option to create a coaches’ communication group within the app.</li><li>Updates to the event card in the app, particularly improving the coach’s view. For example, the number of participants is now displayed more clearly.&nbsp;</li><li>Improved overall view of independent training exercises in the coach’s app – now possible to review exercises for the entire team or individual athletes.</li><li>Fixed synchronization of measurement data between two organizations. A new feature has been added, allowing coaches to write free-form notes visible only to themselves.<br>- <strong>Event reporting view: </strong>Improvements have been made to usability and functionality.<br>- A new role has been added: <strong>The role of Head Coach</strong> can be assigned to selected individuals in the club. They can view all teams directly without needing to be granted separate access to individual teams.<br>- <strong>Visual updates to views: </strong>The ability to add cover images to various features, such as individual training templates, journals, and assessments. Cover images are also visible to athletes. Additionally, app views have been slightly updated.<br>- <strong>Video sharing fixes:</strong> Videos can now be shared with players without requiring the entire video to be shared.<br>-<strong> Italian language added.</strong>&nbsp;<br>- <strong>Other improvements: </strong>Numerous small fixes, visual updates, and performance optimizations.&nbsp;<br><br><br><strong>23rd of April 2024</strong></p><p><strong>Team-level reporting:</strong></p><p>- Data export (e.g., to Excel) added for evaluations and events. Previously, it was added for tests. <h3><strong>Adding a New Team</strong></h3><p>You can add new teams to your club in two places. Both can be found on the left side: 1. Office and 2. Teams. These rights can also be added and removed later in the office. You can send an invitation to several coaches at once if you want. You add a new coach from the plus button. <p>You can make it easier to plan your team's and club's training. As a club, you can build a common training bank and take advantage of the exercises also through events.</p><h2><strong>Basics</strong></h2><p><br>Exercises are created in the club's exercise bank, from where they are easily available to coaches and can be used in various Qridi Sport functions and training planning. The coach can also use the phone application for the training bank. Adding an individual exercise is very fast. There are several possibilities at your disposal: you can add different media, use the drawing tool, add files or shoot videos directly with the coach's application for training to support, for example, field drawing. This function helps coaches when there are ready-made collections for, for example, a training event.
