Assessments and feedback
You can choose whether you want to use 1. ready-made assessment surveys or other templates from the Qridi Sport library, or 2. create your own.
1. Use ready-made ones from the library
You can search for ready-made contents from the library and activate them for the team. Video shows how to do it.
2. Build your own
Under Create content, you can choose what type of content you want to create for your team. The assessment enables different types of surveys and assessments for different parties. You can decide e.g. the assessment items (questions) yourself. Below is first explained how to create assessment units (questions) and then how you can create a survey for the team.
Creating assessment units
Assessment units (i.e. questions) can also be created directly as part of the survey, but we recommend creating them in your own materials (see video). In this way, you can think about the assessment units first, and they can then be used in surveys by other coaches as well. You can create assessment units either in the personal view or on the club tab, in which case they can also be used by other club coaches. In Qridi Sport, assessment are always based on assessment units. You can create new assessment units or copy ready-made assessment units to edit or use as is. Assessment unit means the topic or goal which realization is evaluated in the assessment.
Creating an assessment survey
There are several options for carrying out assessment, which differ from each other in terms of the evaluator and the object of the evaluation. Types of assessment can be:
- Self assessment (Athletes assess themselves.)
- Peer assessment (Athletes assess other athletes and themselves.)
- Group assessment (Athletes assess the group as a whole.)
- Coach's assessment (Saves an assessment template that coaches can use to assess athletes.)
- Parent’s assessment (Guardians evaluate their dependants. To respond to the assessment, a guardian will need a guardian’s account for Qridi Sport.)
- External assessment (External assessments can be performed without a Qridi Sport account.)
The query method can be:
- Continuous assessment (Athletes can perform the evaluation several times. You can define a suitable delay between responses.)
- Repeating assessment (The assessment is opened at pre-defined intervals, for example, daily, weekly on a certain day or monthly. Having performed the assessment, a athlete can carry out the assessment again once it is reactivated.)
- Single assessment (Athletes can perform the evaluation only once.)
