Athlete card and notes

The Athlete Card can be found in the Athletes view. It is also referred to as the Athlete Portfolio, as it provides a comprehensive overview of the athlete’s data.

In the Athlete Portfolio, you can find:

• Assessments and test results completed by the athlete

• Independent training sessions

• Records of development discussions

• Notes made by coaches
 

The notes feature allows coaches to document important observations and insights about the athlete’s development.
 

Where to Find the Athlete Card

To access the Athlete Card: Click on the athlete of your choice in the Athletes tab. (You can also access the Athlete Card through the Office view.)

In the main view of the Athlete Card, you can log development discussions and choose whether the athlete can see them in their own app (see images below).

To add coaches’ notes, click the pencil icon, which opens a view where you can record notes and edit the athlete’s information. Other options and features can be accessed from the menu on the left, allowing you to explore additional details and tools.
